Welcome to Anushri Ventures. We value your trust and strive to provide high-quality earrings and exceptional customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Minor variations in color, size, or design caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • The ordered item is unavailable and cannot be replaced.
  • A replacement cannot be provided for a verified damaged or defective product.
  • The order is cancelled by us before shipment.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective due to manufacturing issues
  • Different from the item ordered

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@anushri.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • An unboxing video showing the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Replacement Policy

Upon verification of the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
  • Store credit equivalent to the product value

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing the submitted evidence.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Natural Variations

Our earrings are handcrafted and may feature slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Stone placement
  • Texture
  • Finish

These variations are a natural characteristic of artisan jewelry and are not considered defects.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, COD charges, and other service fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by us.
