Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless specifically mentioned on our website.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier operations and external factors.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders
  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided).

You can use the tracking details to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Unexpected operational issues

Anushri Ventures is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Record an unboxing video before opening the package.
  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory unboxing video for damage claims

Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be eligible for review.

Lost Shipments

In the rare event that a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner:

  • We will investigate the matter with the courier company.
  • If the package is declared lost, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
